With a background rooted in the judicial system and high-level investigative work, the firm brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every matter.

Prior to founding JCW Private Investigations, Jenna worked within the Colorado court system, supporting felony criminal cases at the district court level. This experience provided firsthand insight into how information is evaluated, presented, and relied upon in legal proceedings—an understanding that continues to guide every investigation.

She later worked in both probation and private investigations, conducting in-depth research, interviews, and case analysis across a wide range of matters. Her experience includes litigation support, background investigations, skip tracing, high-asset cases, and corporate due diligence at the board level, as well as complex and sensitive personal matters.

Jenna holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado, providing a strong foundation in behavioral analysis, risk assessment, and investigative research.
